Walking to Work

I have recently joined Kristen Douglas at Massage Therapies of Davis and I am open for appointments on all Sundays (until 4 p.m.) and every other Friday thru Sunday for starters. I practice a wonderful blend of Swedish massage, passive stretching, and essential oils, if so desired. A little foot reflexology is naturally incorporated into the sessions....ahhhhh.....
While a bit biased, I have found the Cayce/Reilly Massage to be quite wholesome and if in need of a massage myself I try to find a C/R graduate. Kristen, the Healing Queen of Davis, also trained in Virginia Beach at the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy; I don't have to go far if I am in Tucker County!
I am very excited about being able to walk to work! But wait, I am also going to be offering massage at a sweet natural foods/convenience store called The Trail Mix at Timberline in Canaan Valley.

In other news, there is going to be a latte art competition and cupping (tasting of coffee) this Black Friday at Hypno Coffee at 7 p.m. Come out and try, if you dare, or watch and enjoy some MSBC Hypno Stout and other treats...like the awesome organic art. It ought to be fun....
Take care all ye Turkey Travellers, stay well!

It's been a long time coming: the introduction, to some, of my newest family member...well, my only other family member in my nonexistant nuclear family. Some great friends of mine found a dog on the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Cakalacky and thought that I should have her. Well, I should and do. Her name is Honey, and for a nine (9) month old pup she has been darn good thusfar. Honey, if you are reading this, know that I am happy to have you in the Fam. Thanks Mike and Deb!

And for those unlucky souls who missed the Weber Brothers show at the Fiddle, here is a taste of 'em:

These guys are the real McCoy.

Stay well folks. Green is Good. Check out why by researching Dr. Max Gerson. The truth is beautiful indeed.

Thursday the 12th, Saturday the 14th and paraskevidekatriaphobia

Well, enjoy the last one of the year, ladies and gents...we will have to wait until the over-hyped year of 2012 to get another maxed out Friday the 13th year. That ought to be a good one anyhow. Ya know, "death" can be a metaphor phor the letting go of oldness and changing into newness, or something/anything that one can make up, instead of rigid belief-staples that disdain meta4's.

Good luck or bad luck, let me know how your day goes! Thus far mine has been fine. Stepped on all the cracks, tossed black cats underneath ladders made of mirror shards and still did not get poisoned by my daily espresso. Consider it "good luck."

Just like Autumn leaves...

...we're in for change.

Feeling the onset of a cold, I remembered trusty ol' Edgar Cayce and set forth to alkalize. It is tough to keep the 80/20 balance, but it sure feels good!
Carrots, cabbage from mi jardin, even some Wolpert Farm garlic to push it up a notch...couple that juice with some apples, pears and oranges and you got somet'ing mighty fine!

Snow has been flying about, no stick, but nice to see white and not total wet. Jack Frost is a month away...
My new honeypie Honey has been learning the ropes while ragin' about the oustskirts of the HyVe. What a funny dynamic this little vid shows...

Beings of earth CAN relax....especially when they are not humans...what's our problem?

Foggy "Gaymus" Bottom has been liking passive solar....Building a home? Use it for happy cats.

Can't keep my head out of 'em...

Happy Town...nice cloud lights....call before you dig, but do dig. Crooked Badminton.
